* Application period for the Japanese Government MEXT Scholarship for International Students for 2018 Academic year has opened. Completed MEXT scholarship application forms can be submitted by hand or by post to the Information and Culture Section, Embassy of Japan office, No.9 Bobo Street (off Gana Street) Maitama, Abuja (PMB 5070, Wuse, FCT) Scholarship is available in four categories: 1. Research students 2. Undergraduate students 3. College of Technology students 4. Specialized Training College students Please note that applications forms for the current exercise is clearly marked - (2018). Applications made with the 2017 forms will, therefore, not be processed by the Embassy. The closing date for submission of all completed application forms is June 9, 2017 ; applications not received on or before that date will not be processed.
